When you purchase materials from GDC you can be assured that we are giving every detail of attention to your orders individual needs. No matter how small or large the order is. Our shipping department goes to great lengths to see that orders arrive to you in a normal amount of time. If in the event you haven't received an order please let us know, and we will immediately start tracking your order and locating it. All orders placed here on line come with tracking either through USPS or FedEx.

Please understand while we do our best to answer each incoming call, we can't always be their for everyone at every time. If in the event an operator isn't available please leave a message and someone will return your call within an hour or two.  Please give us the opportunity to track, confirm and locate an order before  making hasty decisions, usually their isn't any problem that we can't help with.
