I just wanted to let you know how much we really like your product.
It makes SUCH a difference in our kitchen. We put down the tobacco
grout dye/sealant last year when I was 9 months pregnant. It was so
easy (although it did take a couple of days with removing the old
sealant, etc), I did most of the work!

Now, a year later, we defrosted some of the leftover dye and did a
touch-up to some areas before our son's first birthday party in two
weeks. Just to let you know, for some reason spit-up, dried breast
milk did remove some of the grout dye! Other than that, we had some
areas where the underlying grout was bad and some areas that were a
little light that we touched up. This was after a year of baby (high
chair, stroller, baby walker, and just pushing chairs around the floor
learning to walk) and golden retriever on it (with very visible white
grout showing through anywhere there was an issue).

I just thought you might enjoy hearing some feed back from a homeowner
who's happy with your product.

Hi Mike,
I am not sure if you'll remember me. I was the PIA that ordered canvas dye and then when my wife did'nt like it, I ordered linen, which the Post Office destroyed during transit.
Well, the 2nd order of linen came in one piece and I put it down. Looks great. You also supplied me with some remover to remove the canvas . That also worked great.
I have a question and maybe you can help .
I have some haze on the tile from the dye and I am not sure what to try to remove it without screwing up the grout joints.

I have some of the remover left, but I am sure that if it gets into the grout, it will ruin it.

Dear, Mr. Decicco;

I am glad to hear that everything eventually worked out with your project.

It is common to get a slight haze or residual on the tile after a coloring job.

The residual colorant will never permanently stain or permeate the tile glaze.

In any case, usually the residual comes off when you start doing your routine mopping, this will be evident in you cleaning bucket.

You should maintain your tile and grout with neutral pH cleaners only.

They can be hard to find but most tile stores will carry them or you can buy them on our site.

Also, if you take a lightly dampened sponge and apply it to the stained area and then hit it with a white scrub pad it should lift off.

Try not to agitate directly in the grout joints. If it doesn't come off use a little Dawn soap in the water and that should do it. Don't use the sealer remover unless you really have to.

I used your product last weekend in a small bathroom where I dropped a bottle of hot pink nail polish (I mean the thing exploded all over the floor). I ordered the appropriate dye from you maybe nine months ago, but kept putting off redying the grout because I thought it would be a mess and I would be disappointed in the outcome (as I have been with other internet purchases I've made). I am writing to say that the product was a breeze to use, matched the grout perfectly, and made my floor look brand new again. I am extremely satisfied and will be ordering from you again for the tile downstairs in the family room, morning room, and kitchen. A much bigger project but will take my time. Thanks again. Sandra

Hi- I received it yesterday. :-)

Let me take a moment to tell you how great your product is. I did my kitchen grout first the other month and it took my floor back to original or getter looking and condition. Now with the terra cotta tile in the one bathroom the latest I received is doing the same thing....It is the best product on the market.

Since it colors it, soaks deep into the grout and even seals the grout all in one easy application, it has saved my floors. I am so glad I located your website.

Your product works wonderful, we took your advice and used the colorant around the tiles in our pool. Our contractor who made the mistake by putting the wrong color grout in was extremely happy that he did not have to rip out all of the pool tile and redo it.
